Competition Terms & Conditions
Book a Test Drive & Win a R10 000 Table Bay Mall Gift Voucher — 1 to 31 August 2026.
- 1.The promoter is Omoda Jaecoo Table Bay, a division of Thorp Motor Group.
- 2.The competition runs from 1 August 2026 until 23:59 on 31 August 2026. No late entries will be accepted.
- 3.To qualify, entrants must book a test drive during the competition period, complete the test drive before the competition closes, and provide all required entry details.
- 4.No purchase is necessary to enter.
- 5.Entrants must be 18 years or older and hold a valid South African driver's licence.
- 6.Employees of Thorp Motor Group, their immediate family members, and any agencies, suppliers or other parties directly involved in the competition may not enter.
- 7.One winner will receive a R10 000 Table Bay Mall Gift Voucher, redeemable at participating Table Bay Mall retailers.
- 8.The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no substitution will be permitted.
- 9.The winner will be selected by random draw after the competition closes and contacted using the details supplied with their entry.
- 10.If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven days or does not claim the prize, the promoter may select another winner.
- 11.Any use of the winner's name or photographs for promotional purposes will be subject to the winner's consent where required by law.
- 12.Personal information will be used to administer the competition and test-drive request and, where separate consent has been given, for future marketing, in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
- 13.The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
- 14.By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
- 15.The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
